Shipping and Returns

Because we ship directly from the manufacturer in most cases, we have no control over stock and availability of the products we offer. We do accept orders for products that may currently be out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify you within two business days with any information we have. We offer a full refund, including shipping charges, upon request, for products until they ship from the manufacturer. For multiple items, we may or may not offer a partial refund, on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Charges-Taxes and Title
Separate charges for shipping and handling (if applicable) will be shown on your order form. Most orders received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, are shipped the next day! Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.

All items purchased from Brooklyn Gig Center are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on the invoice. We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to New York State.

7-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price, full credit, or exchange of your choice. We give you 7 days from the delivery date.

Brooklyn Gig Center only accepts returns made within the first 7 days from delivery. The delivery date on the shipper's manifest is considered the delivery date.

Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 7-day guarantee period. Please follow the return instructions that we provide you in our RMA email. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card and owner's manual and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges.

For products that include Free Shipping, this handling charge is $15.00.

Depending upon where the item is being shipped to, UPS Ground takes 3-5 working days to arrive.Please email us for a quote for expedited shipping.

We cannot ship to any APO, FPO, or U.S. military address unless it is a physical, USPS street address.

Insurance is automatically included in your shipping charges.

All items ship from a remote location, so no local pick up is available.

If multiple colors are available for an item, please specify which color you want. We will not ship your order without knowing what you want.

You will automatically receive emails from us confirming payment and shipping info. We're really good about communicating with our customers!!
