  1. What happens if the product I ordered is not in stock?


    We try very hard to maintain current stock availability. However, we sometimes do take orders for products that are not in stock. If this happens, we will notify you within 2 business days of a backorder situation, and if we have an ETA, we'll let you know. We'll also provide updates on a periodic basis for an extended backorder situation.

    At any point up until the product ships, you may request, and will receive, a full refund via the same method of payment (i.e., a credit on your charge card).
